We believe small business owners deserve more than just an accountant - they need a trusted partner who is proactive, responsive, and invested in their success.

After years in other accounting firms, we saw firsthand how the traditional CPA approach left small business owners feeling like just another file in a system. We wanted to change that. We founded Skyline Pathway CPAs with a simple mission: to provide personalized, forward-thinking accounting and advisory services tailored to the needs of small businesses.

We thrive on helping entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of taxes, financial strategy and business growth. Whether you're a startup or an established business, we take the time to understand your unique challenges and goals, ensuring that you receive the attention and strategic guidance you deserve.

John Juntunen, CPA

I’m a Certified Public Accountant who helps small businesses and individuals with complex tax and financial needs—without the high costs of a large firm. I became a CPA because I genuinely enjoy learning how others build their livelihoods. Helping clients reach their financial, business, and growth goals gives me a real sense of fulfillment and purpose in my work.

I assist clients with tax planning and preparation, bookkeeping, cash flow management, payroll, and business strategy. My clients range from startups to companies with up to $25 million in revenue, and I take pride in providing timely, accurate, and practical financial guidance tailored to each business’s unique situation.

I’m an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA), and the Utah Association of CPAs (UACPA). Locally, I participate in BNI and ConnectShare, two professional networking organizations that help me stay connected within the business community.

Outside of work, faith, family, and friends are very important to me. I love spending time outdoors—whether hiking, camping, or mountain biking. Some of my favorite trails include the Whole Enchilada in Moab, Spinal Tap in Richfield, and Lone Peak in Draper.

A fun fact about me: I have my private pilot’s license and love sharing the joy of flying. There’s nothing quite like seeing the Utah mountains from the air in a small Cessna 172!

Kenton Anderson, CPA

I’m a Certified Public Accountant who helps small businesses and individuals navigate the complexities of the tax code so they can focus on growth and maximizing what they do best.

From the start, I was drawn to accounting because I enjoyed being able to bring clarity to an area that causes stress for so many people. Combining a lifelong interest in business with a desire to help others, I’ve built my career around making taxes and accounting simpler, and being more proactive, and more strategic for my clients.

I work closely with small business owners on everything from tax preparation and planning to bookkeeping, CFO services, and business advisory. I enjoy getting to know the stories behind each business and meeting with clients throughout the year so that we can stay ahead of the next challenge you will face.

I am an active member of ConnectShare, Business Network International (BNI), and the Valley Crossroads Chamber of Commerce, where I have presented at seminars and community tax clinics.

Outside of work, my world revolves around my wife and children. We enjoy hiking, family game nights, and camping across Utah—some favorite spots include Bryce Canyon, Huntington Reservoir, and Bear Lake.

I love to travel although this has slowed down with small children at home. Over the years, I have traveled to 49 of the 50 states, with only Hawaii left to explore.
